C2S publishes and operates the website accessible at the following address: http://www.c2s-deco.com (hereinafter the SITE), which is a non-commercial website intended for the presentation of the company's collections and products. In operating the SITE, C2S pays particular attention to respecting the privacy and personal data of site users (hereinafter USERS or USER). C2S commits to implementing appropriate measures to comply with the tenets of the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (as amended) as well as European Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and the free flow of said data. The purpose of this Privacy and Cookie Management Policy is to inform SITE USERS of the manner in which their personal information may be collected and processed by C2S.

1. IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller in charge of processing personal data on the SITE within the context of the C2S/USER relationship is:

C2S is a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 756,000 euros and is registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Registry under number 660 802 737. Company headquarters are located at rue 19 Chemin de la Garonne in TOULOUSE (31200).

2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA

In operating the SITE, C2S may collect USERS' personal data. This data is processed in accordance with the purposes described in Article 3 of this privacy policy.

C2S may collect personal data:

- In order to manage requests for information, complaints or for any contact from a USER to C2S customer service

- When a USER subscribes to the newsletter

- In the event of requests for information or emails addressed directly to C2S

- When the USER accesses the site

Regardless of the method of collection, C2S agrees to inform the USER of the reasons for processing, whether replies are mandatory or optional, possible consequences of the USER failing to reply, the recipients of the data and the existence and procedures for exercising the USER's rights to access, rectify and object to the processing of his or her data.

Data likely to be collected and processed by C2S for the purposes described in Article 3 of this privacy policy includes:

- USER identification data:
Title, first name, last name, address, telephone number and electronic contact information, if applicable, a copy of an ID card or an identity document as a means of proof for exercising a right to access, rectify or object or to meet a legal obligation.

- The USER's connection data (IP addresses, technical data, etc.)

3. PROCESSING PURPOSES

Various data is collected in order to ensure:

- The proper functioning of the SITE

- The proper handling of various requests sent via the contact form

- The proper handling of requests to exercise the right to access, rectify or object to the processing of personal data by C2S

- The sending of newsletters to registered users

- The generation of statistics designed to improve the SITE's functioning

C2S may be required by law to share this data for legal or regulatory purposes.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

C2S ensures that the data collected is kept in a format that enables identification of the persons concerned for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

USERS' personal data may not be kept beyond the period required to manage the business relationship, with the exception of certain types of data archived in accordance with the provisions in force (in particular those provided for by the French Commercial Code, the French Civil Code and the French Consumer Code), when their retention is necessary for establishing proof of a right or a contract or to comply with a legal obligation.

In exceptional cases, USERS' identification data is kept for:

- Up to three (3) years after the end of the business relationship

- And up to three (3) years from the date it was collected by C2S or from the last contact by prospects

 

At the end of this three (3) year period, C2S may contact USERS again to determine whether they wish to continue receiving business solicitations. In the absence of a response on their part, their data will be deleted or archived in accordance with current regulations.

5. USERS' rights

USERS whose personal data is processed are reminded that they have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of French law no. 78-17, known as the "Data Processing and Freedoms Act" (as amended) and European Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and the free flow of said data.

Under certain conditions, the USER also has a right to the deletion of his or her data as well as a right to the portability of said data. Additionally, in accordance with Law No. 2016-1321 of October 7, 2016 for a Digital Republic, the USER has the ability to provide instructions on the fate of his or her personal data after his or her death.

These rights may be exercised by mailing a request to the registered offices of C2S or by emailing DPO@cargo-services.fr and providing proof of identity as well as a legitimate reason, if required by law.

If copies of identity documents are sent, they will be kept for one (1) year for the purpose of verifying the identity of the USER wishing to exercise his or her right to access or rectify and for three (3) years for the purpose of verifying the identity of the USER who wishes to exercise his or her right to object. The same applies to any other data collected when the USER exercises his or her right to object.

6. DATA RECIPIENTS

C2S may communicate personal data collected from the SITE to its internal departments, subcontractors or business partners who will ensure in particular:

- The production of advertising CONTENT

- The execution of business operations

- The monitoring of business relationships with USERS

- Management of the SITE's hosting and maintenance

- The monitoring of C2S's activities (departments responsible for internal control procedures, etc.)

 

C2S also reserves the right to transmit personal data collected on the SITE in order to comply with its legal obligations, and in particular, if obligated to do so by way of judicial requisition.

7. LOGIN DATA AND COOKIES

C2S uses login data (date, time, Internet address, USER's network protocol, page viewed) and cookies (small files stored on the USER's computer) to identify the USER, to remember the USER's visits and to receive SITE audience measurement and statistics, especially with respect to the pages viewed. This SITE uses functional and technical cookies, mainly for improving the browsing experience. These cookies send information to our site and to your browser, including stored information from a form (name, address, etc.), your terminal's display preferences (language, resolution), security measures such as session expiry, and so on. In any event, cookies stored on your terminal or any other similar element used to identify you for statistical or audience measurement purposes will have a limited life of 13 months maximum and are not automatically extended upon subsequent visits to the SITE. After this period, the raw traffic data associated with a USER is either deleted or anonymized.

C2S takes all necessary precautions regarding the nature of the data and the risks presented by its processing to protect the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
